Terms of Service

ABlue Reviews ("the app") is a review-management tool built by ABlue Design for business owners who manage a Google Business Profile. It is not a consumer-facing product, and it is intended for use only by the owner or an authorized manager of the connected Google Business Profile account.

The app can generate suggested replies to customer reviews using an AI service. These suggestions are drafts, not guaranteed to be accurate, appropriate, or free of error.

When Auto-reply is turned off (the default), no AI-generated reply is posted publicly to Google until you have reviewed and approved it. You are responsible for reviewing and, if necessary, editing any suggested reply before approving it, and you are responsible for the final content of anything posted to Google through your account — whether generated by the AI or edited by you.

If you enable Auto-reply, suggested replies are posted to Google automatically without manual review. You are solely responsible for configuring your AI Instructions appropriately and for the content posted under Auto-reply.

The app, including any AI-generated content, is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI-generated replies will be accurate, suitable for your business, or free from errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ABlue Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the app, including any content posted to Google through it. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, to use the app in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Use of the app is tied to the Google Business Profile account you connect to it. Access to the app may be suspended or revoked at any time, either by you (by disconnecting your Google account or revoking access via your Google Account permissions) or by ABlue Design, including for suspected misuse or violation of these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The effective date above indicates when these terms were last revised.

• Plans renew monthly and are billed in advance through Stripe. Prices are in CAD, and applicable taxes (such as HST) are added.
• You can cancel anytime from the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Payments are non-refundable, including partial months, except where required by law.
• We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change.
• If a payment fails, we may pause AI replies and notifications until payment is resolved.

These terms are between you and 1001319531 Ontario Inc., operating as ABlue Design ("ABlue Design", "we", "us"), and are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
