ABlue Reviews

AI replies to your Google reviews, in your own voice.

ABlue Reviews drafts a reply to every new review on your Google Business Profile. You approve each one, or turn on auto-reply and let it post.

The ABlue Reviews dashboard for a café: trust signals, a bulk-reply prompt, and a list of Google reviews with their reply status.

The problem

Unanswered reviews cost trust, and replying well takes time

Every reviewer who doesn't get a reply is a visible sign to the next customer that nobody's watching. Writing a thoughtful, on-brand reply to each one, every day, across every location, is the part that gets skipped first when things get busy.

How it works

From new review to posted reply in three steps

  1. 1

    Connect your Google Business Profile

Sign in with the Google account that manages your locations and pick the ones to manage.

  2. 2

    ABlue Reviews drafts replies

It checks for new reviews on a schedule you set and writes a draft reply for each one.

  3. 3

    You approve, or it posts

Approve from the dashboard, or with one click from the email. Or turn on auto-reply and drafts post themselves.

Features

Everything shown here is a shipped feature

Replies in your voice

Every reply you approve, or write yourself, becomes a style reference for the next draft. New drafts sound like your business, not like a generic template, and keep sounding more like you over time.

A five-star review with the AI-drafted reply beneath it and the Regenerate, Approve & Post and Reject buttons.

Approve from your email, in one click

Each draft arrives by email with Approve, Edit and Decline. Approve posts it to Google immediately, no need to open the dashboard.

The approval email: the review, the AI-generated reply, and Approve & Post, Edit and Decline buttons.

Bulk drafts for a backlog

Draft replies to a pile of unanswered reviews in one run. It starts with a small sample for you to check first, and never overwrites a reply that already exists.

A live dashboard

New reviews and status changes show up as they happen, across every location. No refreshing.

Reports and trust signals

Track your response rate, how often you reply within 48 hours, and how recent your reviews are, the same signals Google shows your customers on your public profile.

Trust Signals: response rate over 90 days, share replied to within 48 hours, and average review recency.
The Reports page's Status Breakdown chart showing how many reviews are new, generated, pending, posted or ignored.

Auto-reply, per location

Turn on auto-reply for the locations where you trust the drafts, and keep manual approval on the rest. It's a setting on each location, not an account-wide switch.

Multiple locations, one account

Manage every location on your Google Business Profile from a single account, each with its own settings.

Replies in the customer's language

Each reply is written in the language of the review it answers. A French review gets a French reply.

AI usage, included and visible

Your plan's AI reply quota is shown right in the dashboard, so you always know where you stand before you run a bulk draft or turn on auto-reply for another location.

The AI usage indicator opened, showing this month's and the backlog's AI reply usage and when the monthly quota resets.

Works on your phone

Approve, edit, or decline a draft from your phone between tasks. The dashboard is responsive, not a separate app.

You're in control

What you stay in control of

Nothing posts without your approval

Unless you turn on auto-reply for a location, every draft waits for you. Approve, edit, or decline from the dashboard or straight from the email.

Edit or delete anytime

A reply already posted to Google isn't final. Open it from the dashboard and edit or delete it whenever you want.

Auto-reply is per location

Turn it on where you trust the drafts and keep manual approval everywhere else. It's a setting on each location, not an all-or-nothing switch.

FAQ

Questions, answered

What does ABlue Reviews access in my Google account?

Your Google Business Profile, to read reviews and post replies, plus the name, email and photo from your Google sign-in. It does not ask for access to your Gmail. Review text and your reply instructions are sent to Anthropic's Claude to write drafts. You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Will it post anything without my approval?

No, unless you turn on auto-reply for a location. With auto-reply off, nothing is posted to Google until you approve it from the dashboard or the email. Auto-reply is a per-location setting you control.

How do I cancel?

Open the billing portal from the app and cancel there, any time. Without an active subscription your account becomes read-only: new reviews still show up, but replies are not generated or posted.

Can I use it for more than one location?

Yes. Every location on your Google Business Profile can be managed from the same account, and each location has its own settings, including auto-reply.

What languages does it reply in?

Each reply is written in the language of the review it answers. A French review gets a French reply.

How does it learn my voice?

Every reply you approve, edit, or write yourself becomes a style reference for future drafts. There's no separate training step: the more you approve or edit, the closer new drafts get to how you'd actually write it.

Can I approve a reply without opening the dashboard?

Yes. The email for each new draft has Approve, Edit, and Decline buttons. Approve posts the reply to Google immediately from the email.

I have a backlog of hundreds of unanswered reviews. What happens if I run bulk drafts?

It drafts a small sample first so you can check the quality, then continues through the rest of the backlog. It never overwrites a reply that already exists on a review.

Can I edit or remove a reply after it's posted?

Yes, at any time, from the dashboard. Posting isn't the last step.

Does every location need the same settings?

No. Auto-reply, and everything else, is configured per location, so you can run one location hands-off while keeping manual approval on the rest.
